Each year the Chain of Hope Gala Ball goes from strength to strength, earning itself a ‘must attend’ reputation within the competitive market of black tie fundraisers. £50,000 Help save up to 20 children's lives. Your gift could help fly teams of heart specialists on a medical mission to treat between 10 to 20 patients, deliver essential training and provide vital medical equipment needed for operations. Chain of Hope works closely alongside the local medical teams to provide training so that, in the future, they can operate independently. Where needed, your gift will help to fund the equipment necessary to perform life-saving cardiac operations or training of local healthcare professionals. Each medical mission costs £50,000. Your donation will be allocated towards treatment, delivery of training and provision of equipment according to need.

£20,000 £20,000 could fund training for healthcare professionals or buy a vital piece of life-saving equipment. At Chain of Hope, we believe that training local medical professionals is key to the future success of each cardiac unit that we work with. We train medical personnel in each of the different roles necessary for the diagnosis, treatment and aftercare of children with heart disease. Chain of Hope conducts training in many ways, which complement each other, to ensure a fully rounded experience that will save children’s lives in the future. A pledge of £20,000 will fund a trainee overseas for one year, developing expertise which the trainee will ultimately bring home to the benefit of their own patients and communities.

£8,500 £8,500 covers hospital costs, flights, visas, and food for a child in need of heart operation. This life-saving heart surgery gave hope to not just the child, but their family, community and country. Your contribution of £8,500 could help us to mend the hearts of more children and bring joy to families from developing and war-torn countries
