This year Chain of Hope celebrates its 25^th anniversary!

Since our inception, Chain of Hope has been mobilising volunteer heart surgeons, physicians, nurses and intensive care doctors to fly across the world to reach children suffering from heart disease.

This February is heart month, and we invite you to join us in celebrating 25 years of Mending Little hearts.

One way you can help the charity to continue helping children with heart disease is by giving a monthly donation.

Whether it is £25, £5 or £2.50 each month, your regular donation will help build a sustainable future for the charity and help us to reach more children.
